Map the work
before you buy the tools
Everyone is selling you AI tools. Almost nobody is asking what your week actually looks like. I find the repetitive work eating your time, and tell you honestly what is worth automating and what is not.

Who This Is For
Muslim Entrepreneurs
Building halal businesses while juggling family, prayers, and community responsibilities. You need systems that work while you sleep.
Islamic Educators
Ustazs, teachers, and Islamic centers wanting to reach more students without burning out. Teach more, admin less.
Halal Businesses
Food, services, and products losing revenue to manual WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, and missed follow-ups.
Busy Believers
Consultants, coaches, and service providers who want more barakah in their time — not more hours in the day.
Why Start With an Audit
The most common way this goes wrong is buying the tool before understanding the problem. The difference is the order, not the budget.
Tool First
Buy whatever is being talked about. Try to fit it around a workflow nobody mapped. Usage fades after a few weeks because running it was never anyone's job. The subscription keeps billing and the manual work carries on underneath.
Map First
Measure what each task actually costs you. Fix the clearest payback first. Decide upfront what stays human. Spend only where there is something real to gain.
S&P Global Market Intelligence surveyed over a thousand organisations across North America and Europe. The share abandoning most of their AI initiatives rose to 42 percent, up from 17 percent the year before, with the average organisation scrapping 46 percent of proofs of concept before production.
BCG's 2026 AI at Work report, covering 11,749 workers across 14 markets, found that strategic clarity moved measurable business impact by 25 percentage points. Better tools alone moved it about five.
The technology was not the problem. The workflow was never mapped.
How It Works
🌙 A free discovery call
30 to 45 minutes. You talk, I listen. I ask how your week actually runs and where the time goes. Nothing to prepare. At the end you decide whether the audit is worth doing, and either answer is fine.
📊 The audit and your written roadmap
A deeper session going through your workflow process by process, then I map it on my own time. You receive a written roadmap: what to automate, in what order, roughly what each would cost, and what genuinely should not be automated. The document is yours to keep either way.
🚀 I build it and I run it
If you decide to go ahead, I build the automation, test it before you ever see it, and keep it running month to month as your business changes. You do not need to become technical, and you are not handed a system to figure out alone.
What Your Audit Includes
Deep Process Analysis
I map your current workflows and identify bottlenecks, time-drains, and missed revenue opportunities.
Effort and Cost Estimates
For each task worth automating: what it would involve, roughly what it would cost, and what it would give back.
Implementation Roadmap
Step-by-step plan prioritized by impact and ease. Quick wins first, then strategic automations.
What Stays Human
An honest answer on what should not be automated, and what sits outside what I can genuinely solve. You hear that at the audit stage, not after you have paid.
About Helmi
Assalamualaikum. I'm Helmi. Fifteen years in IT across infrastructure, project coordination and compliance.
At Meta, I led a team that built an automation tool supporting applications engineers configuring security system devices, to the organisation's quality standards. It cut manual validation time by around 60 percent. At Changi Airport Group, I coordinate multi-vendor IT infrastructure, compliance and systems projects, including the passenger processing systems.
I am not a developer. I am the person who maps a process and works out what should fix it. Hud Hud Connect exists to bring that same discipline down to a scale a growing business can actually use, without the cost of an enterprise consultancy.
I also know what stretched thin looks like: a three hour daily commute, a full time job, four children, and Islamic studies alongside all of it. That is part of why I care about giving people their weeks back.

FOUNDING RATE

For my first five audit clients.
It is not really a discount. What I ask in exchange is a short written testimonial once you have the roadmap in your hands and can see whether it was any good. That is the whole trade.
The discovery call is free. Building and running the automation afterwards is a separate decision, quoted once you have the roadmap.
